Swapping your gate keys

Please TAPE your 'Top Gate' key (the key with 2 notches cut out of it) to a piece of card or your old membership card, this stops the key moving within the envelope and helps to prevent the sorting machines ripping the envelope and loss of the key.

Do not return your other key as this never changes!

Please:

• Include within the envelope your 'NAME' 
• Include within the envelope a 'LARGE LETTER STAMP' either 1st or 2nd class as otherwise you will not receive your replacement key.
